This site exists to provide simple timetables and brief, to the point instructions for cooking food in your Instant Pot.

It’s written by me, Paul Wenzel. I started out with my trusty Fagor Pressure Cooker many years ago after a friend demonstrated how quickly he could whip up a roast for dinner.

Now my wife and I prepare meals with our Instant Pot several nights a week.
